Most of us don’t think sun when we think Minneapolis. We think cold, gray and snow.
But the car-sharing organization HOURCAR is changing all of that.
Two of of HOURCAR’s fleet of 19 Toyota Prius’ and Yaris’ are Prius’ that have been modified with a battery pack so that that they can be plugged in.
And HOURCAR is plugging these two Prius’ into the sun.
HOURCAR says the cars can get up to 100 mpg.
