There’s lots and lots of solar power potential in the United States – more than enough to power America many times over. But how much rooftop + blacktop space for solar is there in the U.S.?
SolarChargedDriving.Com writer and reporter Anna Dreiling took data and graphics from multiple sources to create an interesting – and approximate – estimate of how much solar electricity the U.S. could produce if we covered available parking lot and rooftop space with solar panels.
