For Americans, and people around the world, air pollution is unfortunately an everyday reality. Much of our air pollution is caused by the transportation sector, which, if it were shifted primarily to electric and that electricity generated by renewable energy forms such as solar, wind, geothermal and hydro power, would radically reduce air pollution -- and improve the health of global humanity and of the earth itself.
